convenient location lovely foyer bathroom cleanliness unclear description
The location was quite convenient. All the main sights were within walking distance. my room had a comfortable bed. the foyer of the hotel looked lovely.
my room lacked proper cleanliness in the bathroom. the water was dripping and there was no proper window, a detail not clearly stated in the offer.

My room was a Beautiful Double Room. The hotel features an enclosed inner court. This location has many restaurants nearby.
There wasn't a lobby for the hotel. This was a very minor issue though

The hotel's location was very nice. It was super walkable to everything and some fantastic restaurants were right outside. The area had a quiet and peaceful vibe.
My room was on the ground floor. The room was very small and a window opened out into a foyer. The staff was aloof and unfriendly at the front desk. The bathroom was also tiny and the shower cubicle felt so small.

clean room central location helpful staff
my room was super clean, and i especially loved the historical house vibe. the hotel is so central (close to all attractions). the staff were also so helpful. there is a fantastic restaurant across the plaza, we ate there every night!

the staff at the front desk were very kind. i needed assistance with directions, and they provided a detailed map. they also offered luggage storage after checkout which was really useful.

unacceptable room condition poor sound isolation
The location was acceptable for access to city attractions.
My room number 1 had unacceptable conditions. It was located on the ground floor next to reception. Walls and the door fail to isolate sound. Workers were present in the building and created noise until 3 PM and after 8 AM making it difficult to rest. I needed ear plugs.
